Hello, Nijmegen! From November 1, 2022, we've taken over the management of the 228 studios and apartments of Genestetlaan.

We've added a new city to our offer: Nijmegen. From November 1, 2022, Holland2Stay takes over the management of the apartment complex Genestetlaan.

Hello, Nijmegen! Our first building landed in this student-friendly city. Genestetlaan was completed in 2017 and houses 228 comfy studios and apartments. Most homes have a balcony or terrace to soak up some rays. Fancy meeting your neighbors? There's a playful courtyard garden, the ultimate spot to relax and settle down. Good to know: Genestetlaan offers plenty of room to store your bike or park your car. 

Genestetlaan is located in the heart of Willemskwartier, a stone's throw from Graafseweg and Keizer Karelplein. It's the perfect spot to soak up the vibe of the city. Nijmegen's train station, Radboud University, and HAN University of Applied Sciences are all within easy cycling distance from the building, making Genestetlaan the perfect place to live for students and young professionals.
