Meet the team: Quinty
Introducing our Tenant Care hero: Quinty!
Quinty assists our tenants with queries and makes sure all our residents have a carefree stay. When she’s not helping people who are interested in an apartment, Quinty is writing articles for our website and helping our Marketing team create social media content.
#1 How does a normal workday look like for you?
I start the day by dividing the appointments together with my colleagues. Sometimes I am on the road a lot and sometimes I spend the day at the office. The variety makes my days very diverse, which I personally like a lot. After dividing the appointments, I grab a cup of coffee and start working. I answer e-mails and take phone calls to help everyone with all their questions. Besides these activities, I also write blogs and make reels about Amsterdam to highlight different things to do in the city.
#2 What makes you excited about your job?
I get excited when it comes to helping others. It gives me a lot of positive energy to make sure that our tenants are happy. I also like the cooperation with my colleagues and the optimism within my team.
#3 What was the department's biggest challenge last year and what did you learn from it?
The biggest challenge in the last year was the great impact from Covid-19 and dealing with this virus during these crazy times. The biggest challenge for me was that I was not present at the office and had to work from home. Communication is key, that is what I have learned the most in the last year. It is important to keep sharing all the information and to plan meetings to have these moments together.
#4 Describe the company culture in a few words.
I would describe our company culture with the following words: young, informal, open, honest, and customer-oriented.
#5 What is your most useless talent?
I guess my most useless talent is that I can move my ears without touching them.
