We are opening our doors in Sittard, Limburg! From this summer, STAYground will house 261 studios for rent in the complex PITground. What we love about PITground? We're happy to introduce it to you!

With rentals in 20+ cities, Holland2Stay is well represented in the Netherlands. In Limburg, Maastricht is currently the main supplier with 838 rental residences. We're happy to expand our offer in the south of the country. STAYground is part of the PITground complex. A place where, in addition to living (STAYground), work (WORKground) and recreation (SPAREground) will come together. We are excited to be part of this ambitious project!

STAYground

PITground is a unique, sustainable, and multifunctional living space that increases students’ housing options in the south of the Netherlands. What’s unique about PITground is the middle ground, which will be fully focused on meeting others and recreation. There will be flexible workplaces, a coffee corner and restaurant, a gym, and two padel courts. The perfect place for students to network in an accessible way.

Student studios

This summer, in 2022, 221 student studios will be completed in the south tower of the old DSM office. These student studios (20 m²) are going to be fully furnished with a custom-made interior, a modern black kitchen, and a stylish concrete bathroom. It also has unique installations, such as the space-saving loft bed.

Why Sittard?

Living in Limburg means enjoying life in a Burgundian way. You live in the middle of jaw-dropping landscapes and you will love the welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Sittard is an ideal city to live in as a student of Zuyd University of Applied Sciences or Fontys University of Applied Sciences. The city has good train connections to Maastricht, Heerlen, Roermond, and Eindhoven. Thereby, Sittard is also an accessible city to live for students studying in, for example, Maastricht.

From PITground, you can walk straight into the historic city center of Sittard. During the vibrant evening hours, you can enjoy yourself thoroughly as a student here. It's an easy city to travel around, and there are plenty of different activities to do, restaurants, and sport clubs. Right behind the NS railway station and with numerous international airports just a stone’s throw away, the location is also great for internationals and explorers.
