Grab the opportunity to live in a monumental building! The former Philips Bedrijfsschool is completely refurbished into 437 modern city lofts, conserving the original ornaments, such as the stairwell and the original tiles, creating a unique living experience.

The spacious lofts come fully furnished and have an industrial look, with high ceilings and large windows. As the original construction of Philips Bedrijfsschool has been preserved, all residences have a unique lay-out. Each loft has its own kitchen. An entresol is placed above the kitchen area, extending the living spaces with a bathroom and bedroom.

Residents of Philips Bedrijfsschool can make use of the common rooftop terrace, offering great views of Strijp. It is the perfect place to relax and meet fellow residents. It is also possible to enjoy the nice weather in the communal courtyard. Bicycles and motors can be stored in a safe way in our underground bike parking. Paid parking spots are available at the back of the building. In April 2020, steak restaurant Loetje opened on the ground floor of Philips Bedrijfsschool. Bouldering gym Monk can also be found on the ground floor of the building.

Philips Bedrijfsschool is located in the dynamic area of Strijp in Eindhoven. Within walking distance, you can find several stores, lunch and dinner hotspots, movie theater Natlab and the PSV Stadium. Eindhoven’s city center is just a short bike ride away. The building has great access to public transportation.
