On January 1, 2024, we’re taking over the management of Hof van Vronestein in Nieuwegein. Divided over a total of nine buildings, Hof van Vronestein houses 240 rental apartments in the Plettenburg neighborhood. Calm, in nature, and easy to reach - it's the perfect place to appreciate the surrounding nature from the first minute you step out of bed. 

The apartments are designed in different layouts and are between 48 and 107 m². The residences have one, two, or three bedrooms and a private outdoor space. All apartments come semi-furnished, meaning you can decorate the space to your own liking. We serve you with a warm wood-like PVC floor, white walls, and fitting curtains.

Find Hof van Vronestein in down-to-earth Nieuwegein. Nieuwegein borders Utrecht and is one of the fastest-growing Dutch areas. It’s not big but has everything to suit your needs, making it a popular place to rent. Hof van Vronestein is close to the attractive shopping mall Cityplaza, where you can find fashion shops, supermarkets, bakeries, and plenty of recreation such as a cinema and theater. There’s a bus stop (Wattbaan) only a block away, taking you to Utrecht Central Station or into Nieuwegein. Or grab your bike and cycle to Utrecht’s city center in 30 minutes.
