What documents do I have to provide when I make a booking?

To check your application, you need to upload several documents in your H2S account. Make sure to upload all relevant documents, so we can check and approve your booking.

If you are employed:

  • A copy of a valid passport or ID
  • A copy of three recent pay slips
  • A copy of your employment contract or an employer's statement (not older than one month)

If you are self-employed:

  • A copy of a valid passport or ID
  • A copy of your Chamber of Commerce registration
  • A copy of your profit and loss statement (2019, 2020 and 2021 Q1)

If you are a student:

  • A copy of a valid passport or ID
  • A proof of enrollment for your study program

From your guarantor:

  • A copy of a valid passport or ID
  • A copy of three recent payslips

Sometimes we ask you to provide a landlord statement. You can request this from your current landlord.
