What can I do with my personal Holland2Stay account?

With a personal account, you can book a residence on our website and participate in the weekly lottery.

When you successfully booked a residence, you can use your account to access your rental agreement, booking details and review (or make) payments. You can easily book a parking spot or review your service cost settlement. We also provide you with all you need to know about your new home. In the 'Info & Support' section, you can find the manuals of your home appliances and information about for example heating, garbage disposal, internet and TV.

As a resident of Holland2Stay, you can make use of our H2S Store. In our store, we offer useful products that make your stay even more comfortable, such as linen packages and insurances.

Furthermore, you can easily create a repair request for our caretaker or reach out to our tenant care team via you H2S account. Once a support ticket or repair request has been submitted, we will respond and solve your problems as soon as possible!

Your personal account lasts forever, even if you move out.
