To ensure the safety of our caretakers and our tenants, we will only perform urgent repair tasks. If you request a repair via you Holland2stay account, our tenant care team will determine the urgency of your request. In case your request is urgent, we will contact you to discuss the procedure. In case your repair request is not urgent, we will handle your request after the Dutch government has introduced a less strict policy regarding the Corona virus.
Our caretakers comply with the most up-to-date COVID-19 regulations, to ensure the safety of all people involved. Every caretaker is required to wear a face mask. You will be kindly requested to wait in the hallway while your issue is fixed. A minimum of 1.5 meters social distance should always be observed.
