How do you execute COVID-proof repairs in my residence?

To ensure the safety of our caretakers and our tenants, we will only perform urgent repair tasks. If you request a repair via you Holland2stay account, our tenant care team will determine the urgency of your request. In case your request is urgent, we will contact you to discuss the procedure. In case your repair request is not urgent, we will handle your request after the Dutch government has introduced a less strict policy regarding the COVID virus.
