Once you've moved out, we'll process all charges to determine your deposit refund. If your residence was clean, nothing was broken or significantly damaged, and there are no outstanding payments, you'll receive a full refund. Otherwise, we'll deduct the costs of your deposit.
To process your deposit refund, some actions are required from you:
- Upload your proof of deregistration
- Provide your bank account details
If all cost items are known, we can process your refund within 14 days, after you've uploaded your proof of deregistration and verified your bank details.
