If anything is broken or damaged in your home, our caretaker on site can help you out! You can easily create a repair request in your account. Login to your account, go to ‘Info and Support’, select ‘Info about your residence’ and click on ‘Repair request’. Please fill in the form with as much detail as possible and add pictures of the problem, so we can help you better.
