  8. Can someone else stay at my home? It’s not possible to let somebody else stay in your home instead of yourself. This is called subletting and this is not allowed. This is also stated in our house rules and in your contract.
  9. When can I cancel my rental contract? You may terminate your contract at any time after your required minimum stay, as stated in your contract. Please note that you have a one-month notice to cancel your contract after the minimum stay.
  10. How can I check if my booking has been approved? Once you have booked a residence, you can follow the process of the booking by checking your status in your online account.
