In case anything is broken or damaged in your home, our caretaker on site can help you out! You can create a repair request in your Holland2Stay account, quick and easy. Login to your account, go to ‘Info and Support’, select ‘Info about your residence’ and click on ‘Repair request’. Please fill in the form with as much detail as possible and add pictures of the problem, so we can help you better.
If we come to fix the problem, the costs for reparation are for Holland2Stay, unless you have caused the damage. Also, the costs of light replacements are for the tenant.
