During the checkout, we will check the inventory and property for missing items and damages. Furthermore, we check if the residence is cleaned according to our quality standards. If the residence is not cleaned adequately, we have to hire cleaning professionals at your expense. The cleaning service costs correspond to the number of hours spent by our cleaners to bring the residence back to its initial state. These costs will be deducted from the deposit. Furthermore, we will charge you for repairing damages or replacing missing of broken inventory. We will not deduct any costs from your deposit for normal wear and tear or the normal depreciation of your residence residence.
