The stunning apartment building is located at Frederik van Eedenplein and is named after the Dutch poet Frederik van Eeden, who used Cornelis Paradijs as an alias. Cornelis Paradise has been previously known as Eindhoven’s TD (Technical Department) building. The former office now offers 153 newly renovated residences with spacious layouts.
This luxurious apartment has a well-equipped kitchen with a built-in dishwasher and a private bathroom with a washing machine. The residence is fully furnished, excluding linen. The interior of the residences at Cornelis Paradise is carefully chosen and designed, with great attention to detail; defining a place where you can relax in ultimate comfort.
If you are or have been a tenant of Cornelis Paradise with a tenancy of max. one year, it is not possible to rent this residence.
