The residences are fully furnished (excl. linen) and include a private kitchen and bathroom. Our modern launderette is available to use for all tenants and incorporates professional washing machines and dryers. All common areas within the building are surveilled by CCTV. At WFC Lofts, we offer you the possibility to secure your bike for free in our bike shed.

To be eligible to book this residence, you must either be a student or a working professional.
Are you a student? Then you should provide us with a proof of enrolment at a Dutch university (for the current year). You can upload this document after making the booking. The rent of this residence is too high to benefit from housing allowance. Nevertheless, we want to give you the opportunity to book this residence as a student. In order to rent this apartment, we ask you to pay a higher deposit that amounts to five times the all-in rent price. Dutch students can be guaranteed by their parent(s) instead of paying the higher deposit. For this the parent(s) need to co-sign the rental agreement and we need a proof of income.
