The Beech has a fabulous rooftop terrace with free Wi-Fi. A great place to enjoy the fine weather and meet fellow residents. As a resident at The Beech, you will also have access to our modern launderette equipped with professional washing machines and dryers.

Secure your bike in a safe way with our bike shed in front of the building. At The Beech, we offer parking places at our parking lot next to the building. For an additional fee, you can reserve a private parking place. Easy and affordable!

The Beech is located within the inner ring of the Eindhoven, north-west from the central train station. The Beech is situated in a peaceful area of the city, and only a few minutes away from one of the hippest neighborhoods in the city, Strijp S. The train station Eindhoven Strijp S can also be found just within a few minutes walking distance. The express bus to Eindhoven Airport stops right in front of the building. The highway can be easily accessed from The Beech.

Several eateries and supermarkets can be found within walking distance. Congress center Evoluon, a landmark for Eindhoven, is located across The Beech. Two green city parks, the Philips van Lenneppark and the Jacob Oppenheimerpark, can be found close to the building.
