The lively building QM Studios can be found nearby The Hague’s central train station, in the busy neighborhood of Bezuidenhout. Enjoy the comfort of having your own private kitchen and bathroom in one of our modern residences in The Hague. Different from our usual offer, these residences come unfurnished, leaving you plenty of room to decorate according to your personal taste.
As a resident of QM Studios, you will have exclusive access to the in-house launderette and gym. The building has a fabulous rooftop terrace that can be found at the top floor of the building and can be accessed by all tenants. QM Studios also incorporates a bike shed where you can safely secure your bike. A parking space can be rented separately at this location.
Location
The building is located on Theresiastraat, in the popular business district Bezuidenhout in The Hague. Theresiastraat is well known amongst locals as one of the best shopping streets in The Hague, with a diverse range of stores, from fashion and chain shops to hairdressers and even fresh produce shops. Many restaurants and bars can be found in the area. The famous Scheveningen beach can also be easily reached by bike or public transport. QM Studios is conveniently located close to the bustling city center of The Hague and has great public transportation connections.

Requirements
General requirements
To rent this residence, you have to register in the Basisregistratie Personen (Personal Records Database) at the municipality. You'll need to apply for a housing permit in The Hague, because your basic rent is below €1,116.85. A housing permit (huisvestingsvergunning) is needed to be eligible to rent in The Hague because the demand for housing is much higher than the offer. This is how the municipality prevents housing fraud. A registration fee of €51.45 applies. You need to pay this amount directly to the municipality - this fee is not included in your rent. To receive the permit, you need to meet the following conditions:
- You are at least 18 years old
- You have the Dutch nationality, a valid passport of the EU / EEA (European Economic Area) or a valid residence permit
- Your (collective) income is not higher than €47,699 (single) or €52,671 (couple) gross a year for apartments with a basic rent till €879.66
- Your (collective) annual gross income is not higher than €57,573 (single) or €76,764 (couple) for apartments with a basic rent between €879.67 and €1,116.85
- If your (collective) annual gross income is exceeding €57,573 (single) or €76,764 (couple) , you can only rent a residence with a basic rent higher than €1,116.85
