Rive Republic is a modern building located just outside the city of Rotterdam at Capelle aan den IJssel, in the up and coming neighborhood of the Rivium. The building houses 113 upscale studios.
The semi-furnished studios of Rive Republic are finished to a high standard and include neutral color flooring, lighting, and curtains. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower with glass door and luxurious tile finishing.
Rive Republic incorporates a modern launderette, as well as a small café and a mini market where you can enjoy a fresh sandwich or a hot coffee. The living experience at Rive Republic is completed with a comfy & nicely decorated common area where you can hang out and meet your neighbors or play a few games of pool at the pool table amidst some friendly competition! The building also includes a nice communal garden, perfect for having a small picnic or simply sunbathing during the warmer days of summer.

The building also has great public transport access and connections, with the closest bus stop located just 500m away. Erasmus University is only 10 minutes away by bike.
