About the residence

A beautiful, modern and stylish building, completely renovated and situated in the city centre of Eindhoven at Victoriapark, the newest hotspot in development! The city lofts of Victoriapark Lighting are fully furnished (excl. linen) and are fitted with modern devices.

Income requirements

To be eligible to book this residence, you must either be a student or a working professional.

Are you a student? Then you should provide us with a proof of enrolment at a Dutch university (for the current year). You can upload this document after making the booking.

Are you employed? Then your gross monthly income (including the average bonuses, allowances and holiday payments), should be at least:

After booking you need to upload your employment contract and a recent salary slip (max. 3 months old), so we can verify your income.

Are you a temporary agency worker? If you work via an employment agency, you can only apply for this residence if you have been working for that agency for more than 78 weeks (Fase B or Fase 3).
