About the residence

You can't miss Onyx! Onyx is the newest addition to the skyline of Eindhoven, measuring 83 meters high! This newly built stately tower houses luxurious and spacious apartments with a balcony.

A warm welcome - Thanks to the contemporary interior design of the residences focusing on comfort, you feel immediately at home upon entering. The apartments are fully furnished (linen not included). Each apartment has a private bathroom (with rain shower), and well equipped, modern kitchen with a built-in dishwasher, fridge with integrated freezer, and combi oven. Each residence has a private washing machine and dryer.

For an additional fee of €100 per month, you can easily reserve a parking space for your car.

The location is perfectly central. Onyx is located at the newly developed central area Victoriapark alongside Mathildelaan, and is situated aside our other buildings Victoriapark Lighting and Victoria Court. Within a short stroll you can find a supermarket, a gym, several lunch hotspots, restaurants and a nice terrace. The building is within just 400m from the main railway station of Eindhoven.

Our head office is conveniently located opposite of Onyx on the ground floor. Around the corner, you can find Eindhoven’s bustling shopping center with big shopping malls and plenty of terraces, cafes and eateries.

Income requirements

To be eligible to book this residence, you must either be a student or a working professional.

Are you a student? Then you should provide us with a proof of enrolment at a Dutch university (for the current year). You can upload this document after making the booking. The rent of this residence is too high to benefit from housing allowance. Nevertheless, we want to give you the opportunity to book this residence as a student. In order to rent this apartment, we ask you to pay a higher deposit that amounts to five times the all-in rent price. Dutch students can be guaranteed by their parent(s) instead of paying the higher deposit. For this the parent(s) need to co-sign the rental agreement and we need a proof of income.

Are you employed? Then your gross monthly income (including the average bonuses, allowances and holiday payments), should be at least:

After booking you need to upload your employment contract and a recent salary slip (max. 3 months old), so we can verify your income.

If you are a Dutch young professional and you do not fulfil the income requirements yet, it might be possible to be guaranteed by your parent(s). Please reach out to us to discuss your possibilities.

Are you a temporary agency worker? If you work via an employment agency, you can only apply for this residence if you have been working for that agency for more than 78 weeks (Fase B or Fase 3). Please be aware that having a secondment contract does not guarantee that we accept your booking. We will have to evaluate your case to determine if you are eligible to book.
