Vleuterhuys is a former school building that has been transformed into a high-quality residential building with spacious studios and lofts. The studios and loft apartments enjoy a modern and tasteful mid-century interior design, featuring warm wooden accents, and complementing comfort to another level!
This loft is wonderfully spacious and enjoys a creative layout! The slanted walls of the roof with the wooden beam construction give this residence the appearance of a true loft with charm! A number of windows are designed as a so-called convertible window, so that you can take a step outside if you open it with a view of the city. The residence is fully equipped with its own high-quality finished bathroom and complete kitchen with modern appliances. The loft also has a separate laundry and storage room.
This apartment comes fully furnished, excluding linen. It is also possible to rent this residence semi-furnished, so you have the freedom to decorate the interior according to your own personal style!
Residents can park their bike in the bike shed, and rent a private parking spot for an additional fee of €75 per month. The building also houses a communal patio and gym area for the residents. The kindergarten Aspelin can be found on the ground floor and first floor.
