We are pleased to add another building to our portfolio: Benjamin, a new residential building in Amersfoort that will be exclusively available for students. The completion of the transformation is planned for this year’s August.

Meet Benjamin

Benjamin will house a total of 53 student studios at Softwareweg. The transformation has been in full swing and is nearly reaching its final stage. The compact studios range from 13.9 to 25.1 square meters and include a private bathroom and kitchen. That’s all what you want as a student! Space-saving furniture and a smart layout maximize the living environment, offering the essential comfort you need as a student. All fully furnished, moving in has never been so easy. The interiors will have a warm and inviting atmosphere, making you feel at home from the moment you enter.

Surrounded by other students, residents can be part of a vibrant community with lots of opportunities to meet others. Residents can swing by the shared meeting point, where they can study, socialize, and build lasting friendships. When it’s time to relax, the shared outside terrace is the perfect spot to go. Benjamin will also feature a shared laundry room on the ground floor, creating extra space in the studios. 

Location in Amersfoort

Benjamin marks our first residential complex in the city of Amersfoort. Amersfoort is not too crowded and will surprise you with its charm. It’s not as big as Utrecht, but it has canals, many monumental buildings, and squares filled with restaurants and cafes. If you’re into arts and culture, there’s plenty to do on your weekends.

Benjamin is part of the neighborhood Hoefkwartier. Known by locals as De Hoef-West, this district is currently transforming into a vibrant part of Amersfoort. Benjamin is one of the first transformation projects here – the benjamin of the neighborhood.

When you’re studying at Hogeschool Utrecht Amersfoort (HUA) or in Utrecht, you’ll live in a prime location here. There’s a bus stop (Hardwareweg) in the street, you walk to the nearest train station (Amersfoort Schothorst) in 15 minutes, and there are two supermarkets close by. SOMT University of Physiotherapy is Benjamin’s neighbor, and you can bike in 12 minutes to HUA. Thanks to Amersfoort’s central position in the country, you’re in no time in Utrecht, Amsterdam, or Arnhem – by car or train.
