Bassin is uniquely situated in the centre of Maastricht, on the edge of the Bassin, a small inland port. This area offers bars, restaurants, a cinema, a concert-hall and much more. The studios are perfectly located and easily accessible by car, bike and public transport. Both Maastricht University and the Central Station can be reached in just 5 minutes by bike and in 15 minutes by foot.

Bassin offers 159 brand new student studios. Each studio has a private kitchen and a private ensuite bathroom. The size of the different studios varies, with a minimum size of 18 m². All studios are semi-furnished.
