    Earthquake proof

    No worries! Campus Zonnelaan is earthquake proof. The piles of the foundation extend to the second layer of sand. The soil has also been stabilized and reinforced by grout injections. More reinforcement has been incorporated into the building and there is a steel frame construction instead of wood frame construction.

    Groningen has wild and calm places. Campus Zonnelaan is one of the calmer places to stay. Northeast of the city center, Campus Zonnelaan is surrounded with lots of space and green. Although you’re not in the middle of the city center, you’re there in around 15 minutes by bike or public transport.

    Campus Zonnelaan is located at Grote Beerstraat. With shopping center Paddelpoel around the corner, you’ve got plenty of choice in supermarkets and shops. We’re doubting there’s a better place to start your student life.
