City of tunnel canals, Bossche bollen, and packed with nature. Den Bosch – or ‘s-Hertogenbosch – is the capital of Noord-Brabant and is a pulsating city. It’s big enough to have fun, without being too overwhelming.
Find Helftheuvel at Helftheuvelpassage, in the neighborhood Schutskamp. Just moments away from the city center, you’re living among the locals here. Across the street, you’ll find Schutkamppark. With a little pond here, it’s a lovely place to walk around during your study or work break if you work from home.
- There’s a bus stop (Helftheuvelpassage) next to the building. By bus, it takes you only 20 minutes to stand in the middle of the city center.
- You’re spoiled with supermarkets and shops, downstairs in the shopping mall.
- Avans University is only 15 minutes by public transportation, or 6 minutes by bike from Helftheuvel.
- Head over to Den Bosch’s train station, 10 minutes by bus and 8 minutes by bike from home. From here, you can easily travel around the Netherlands!
