    On Philips’ ground

    Victoria Court is a new construction project on Mathildelaan, the street that connects the city center to Philips Stadium. Along this street used to be the headquarters of Philips Lighting, now residential complex Victoriapark Lighting. This area used to be a fenced enclave of Philips. On one side of Victoriapark Lighting’s wing now stands Victoria Court. It symbolizes the transition between Victoriapark Lighting and the building next to Victoria Court: the Ventoseflat.

    The rooftop terrace on the top floor looks out over Philips Stadium. Home ground of PSV, there are games being played by-weekly.
