Wattbaan’s studios are down among the city center of Nieuwegein, in the calm neighborhood of Plettenburg. Aside from many offices, you’ll find lots of nature here. There’s a bus stop (Wattbaan) a few meters away from the building. From here, catch a bus to Utrecht Central Station or into Nieuwegein. Or grab your bike and cycle to Utrecht’s city center in 30 minutes.
There are several supermarkets nearby, so don’t worry about stocking up on your groceries. It takes you a maximum of 10 minutes by bike.
Close to the attractive shopping mall Cityplaza, you can find fashion shops, supermarkets, bakeries, and plenty of recreation such as a cinema and theater here.
