Life at The Beatrix
The Beatrix used to be an office. Now, it’s being transformed into a housing complex. Divided over eight floors, it will house 188 modern apartments. These apartments will vary between 48 and 78 square meters big, with one or two bedrooms. Highlights of the homes will be the private outdoor balcony.
The Beatrix will change the building’s appearance. The residential complex will have a new, contemporary appearance by using sustainable materials such as white plaster, concrete, aluminum, and glass.
The Beatrix is one of the many transformation projects within the new ‘In de Bogaard city center’. With the transformation of the former Winston Churchill Tower into The Minister, change has already started. The Beatrix will be the second building to be finished in this row. Besides that, they’re working hard new squares and parks, stores, and social amenities. Eventually, you’ll live here in a green, diverse, and attractive Rijswijk.
