Life at MORE5
MORE5 will feature a total of 206 apartments at Leiden Bio Science Park in Leiden. These apartments are divided over two buildings, connected by a bridge. Providing a mix of housing options, the lower building houses 14 apartments, while the higher building houses 192 apartments.
Situated at Leiden Bio Science Park, MORE5 will be part of the largest life sciences campus of the Netherlands. It’s to be an international campus that fully encourages social interaction and knowledge exchange.
This building will have some social and collective spaces, including a laundry room, meeting point, rooftop garden, and a large bicycle storage area. The area around MORE5 is in development. There will be facilities such as a hotel, a supermarket, a café, and offices. What more to wish?

MORE5 is currently in development. It’s expected to be ready in Q4 of 2025.

Leiden Bio Science Park (LBSP)
MORE5 is the latest addition to the development project MORE, part of a visionary project transforming the area into a vibrant international hub for living, studying, and innovation. Located near key university facilities, this development serves as the central meeting point of the park, seamlessly connecting residential and academic spaces.
The area prioritizes pedestrians and cyclists, with cars redirected to a nearby public parking garage to maintain a green, car-free zone.
