Life at Velide
Velide is a transformation project in the village of Velp, close to Arnhem. After a tip-to-toe transformation, it will house a total of 60 fully furnished apartments for rent. Apartments from the first to third floor include a private balcony.
This building will have one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments in store, sizing up from 42 to 89 square meters big. Whether you're planning a short-term stay or settling in for longer, these fully furnished apartments ensure a seamless move-in experience.
This building is located along the Waterstraat, in a calm neighborhood in the south of Velp – great for couples or parents with children. The prime location near the A12 highway offers easy access to major cities like Arnhem and Nijmegen. From here, you’re standing in Arnhem within 10 minutes by car or 20 minutes by bus.

Location
Velp is a small village bordering Arnhem – repeatedly been voted with the best city center of the Netherlands. This area is one of the greenest areas in the Netherlands, offering plenty of leisure opportunities in nature.
