Coming soon: TBA
Victoriatoren will be part of the district Emmasingelkwadrant, one of Eindhoven’s city center projects. The building will be built at the tip of Victoriapark Lighting (Victoria) and Victoria Court. Looking out on the – to be developed – city park Victoriapark, this building will be standing tall on former Philips grounds.
Victoriatoren will be a remarkable project. Besides the fact that it will tower as high as neighboring building Onyx, you will have unique views on the Philips Stadium and Eindhoven’s city center when you’re living up high. Looking from below, Victoriatoren’s top will stand out and form a unique appearance in the skyline. This so-called crown is formed by the different layers of the tower’s top floor, which will not be all the same height.

Construction of Victoriatoren has not yet started.
Victoriatoren will be part of Emmasingelkwadrant in Eindhoven. Squeezed in between Willemstraat, Emmasingel, Mathildelaan and Vonderweg, this new area will be a place where people can get together.
Victoriatoren will be built on former Philips grounds. This area is still packed with Philips buildings, like former Philips’ headquarters Victoriapark and factories Lichttoren, and De Witte Dame. Now, these buildings have new functions such as a place to live, a restaurant, and a library. A new city park will be created in between these buildings: Victoriapark. This park will include the river De Gender, which still flows two meters underground and will see the light of day again.
The new Victoriatoren will be neighbor of Victoriapark Lighting (Emma, Mathilde, and Victoria), Victoria Court, and Onyx. These three buildings are already being managed by Holland2Stay. Victoria Court and Onyx are newly built buildings, while Victoriapark Lighting used to be the headquarters of Philips Lighting. Especially this last one is recognizable of its yellow-gold windows. Welcome to the family, Victoriatoren!
