Life at Westblaak
This new project at Westblaak will soon house a total of 250 residences for rent, exclusively available for students. The old office building is now in full transformation into a brand-new place to live, featuring 220 modern studios and 30 student rooms. All are designed to create the perfect space to study, chill, and connect. Renting one of the rooms, you share the living room and kitchen together with your neighbors.
Living here puts you right at the pulse of Rotterdam. A five minutes’ walk gets you to the city center, and a quick bike ride brings you to Erasmus MC, Erasmus University College, and Erasmus University’s main campus. All the essentials you need to live the ultimate student life are right there.
The building is packed with all the extras. Stay active in the shared in-house gym, use the spacious meeting & study rooms for those long study sessions, and quickly wash and dry your clothes in the laundry room. You don’t have to go far for your daily groceries, as there will be a supermarket downstairs.

Location
Westblaak’s area will get a green upgrade and will soon become part of ‘Het Blaakpark’. Plans have been made to transform this area into an urban oasis to escape, meet friends, or just kick back with a coffee (from your very own ground-floor Starbucks, of course).
