About the residence
Proudly we present The Auditorium in Haarlem! The former school building has been renovated completely into a modern apartment complex, while keeping its original characteristics!
The apartments are beautifully bright thanks to the renewed design of the building, letting in plenty of light in a playful way! All residences include a kitchen including a dishwasher, private bathroom, and floor heating: a very welcome addition for the cold days! The spacious apartments are equipped with a private washing machine and come fully furnished (excl. linen).
Furthermore, the building offers in-house facilities such as a bicycle storage and a common rooftop terrace, where you can enjoy the nice weather and meet your neighbors.
The Auditorium can be found at Nico Andriessenstraat in the area of Parkwijk, a green neighborhood in the east of Haarlem. The residences are just 1 km from railway station Haarlem Spaarnwoude and with the nearby highways, you can travel quickly to Amsterdam and Schiphol Airport by car.
The apartment building enjoys a convenient location nearby several facilities, with the large city park Burgemeester Reinaldapark within walking distance. The historical center of Haarlem can easily be reached by bike or public transport.
