About residence
Enjoy a cozy stay in Eindhoven, at our building BD7. This former office building has been transformed into 82 modern studios and apartments. This studio is all self-contained and fully furnished (excl. linen). The residence has a private washing machine, perfect for you to settle in as soon as you arrive!
At BD7, you can safely store your bike in the building’s bike shed or, for an additional fee, reserve a parking spot for your car. Be sure to check out the two rooftop terraces with greats views over Eindhoven! A great way to enjoy the fine weather with a relaxed atmosphere.

BD7 is ideally located in the neighborhood of Fellenoord, just a few minutes walking distance from the central train station of the Eindhoven. From this prime location, you can easily access any part of the town by bus, but also other cities across the Netherlands by train.
BD7 is conveniently situated close to all amenities needed, ranging from supermarkets to restaurants and fashion stores. In the close surrounding, you can find Kruisstraat and Woenselse Markt, two multi-cultural hotspots.
