Boomerang is a student residence which is located in the up-and-coming Kwadrant area in Maarssen. Here you can find a place where you can ground easily in Utrecht.
This studio offers all the necessary facilities to live comfortably and study efficiently. The fully furnished living room can be used to work, dine, or hang out - it's up to you! Only minutes away from Maarssen station, the location is easily accessible by car and public transport. Utrecht Central Station can be reached in just 25 minutes by bike or public transport. Need to go to college? In 30 minutes you can reach the UU campus in downtown Utrecht.

Requirements
General requirements
To be eligible to book this studio, you must be a first year student of Utrecht University.
It's not possible to book this residence if you've been a tenant at Boomerang before with a short-stay contract (max. one year).
To rent this residence, you have to register in the Basisregistratie Personen (Personal Records Database) at the municipality.
Income requirements
You can book this residence as a student. You need to provide us with a proof of enrolment at a Dutch educational institution for the current year. You can upload this document after making the booking.
You can live in this residence as long as you're a student. Every year in September, you need to upload your proof of enrolment to confirm your student status. If you're no longer a student, you need to move within 6 months. You can stay until the end of March at the latest.
