This two-bedroom apartment features a living room with an open kitchen, a bathroom, a storage room with the technical installations, and a balcony. You enter this apartment in the hallway, leading to all the rooms. This apartment is fully furnished, meaning all basic furniture and essentials to start your stay are there when you move in.
With an open kitchen layout, the living area effortlessly combines dining and relaxation in one inviting space. The dark grey kitchen adds a bold, modern touch, complete with a marble-look countertop. There's no shortage of storage - drawers, cabinets above and below, and plenty of counter space make it easy to keep things organized. A round dining table makes clever use of the space, creating a cozy spot for meals or working from home. With a comfortable couch and warm lighting, it's easy to settle in and relax. The balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy some fresh air.

Velide is located along the Waterstraat, in a calm neighborhood in the south of Velp. This neighborhood is particularly interesting for couples or parents with children. The prime location near the A12 highway offers easy access to major cities like Arnhem and Nijmegen. From here, you’re standing in Arnhem within 10 minutes by car or 20 minutes by bus.

- From Velide, it’s only 1 kilometer to Velp’s city center – filled with shops, restaurants, and supermarkets.
