Stay at De Eendracht
De Eendracht is home to 250 fully furnished student homes, spread over multiple floors and located at Eendrachtsplein in Rotterdam. Alongside the studios, the building offers 6 shared apartments, each with 5 private student rooms. It’s the ideal setup if you want a little more social buzz. You share the facilities with your housemates, while still having a space to call your own. Whether you’re here from abroad or settling into student life in Rotterdam, this student room has your back during your studies.

Step inside your private room, styled with a calming color scheme and smart layout. An oak-look PVC flooring is installed and and the walls are finished in clean white. Blackout curtains help you get the sleep you need (and keep out the daylight after a late night). Your room comes with a comfy bed, a wardrobe, and enough storage for your personal belongings.

You’ll share your kitchen and bathroom facilities with your housemates. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, induction plate, fridge, combi oven, and all the cookware and tableware needed for shared dinners or quick solo meals. Living with four other students means there’s always someone around to share a meal, swap study tips, or binge-watch something after class.

What’s included
Each student room at De Eendracht is fully furnished, so there’s no need to bring your own furniture or kitchen gear. Walls are finished in freshly white and PVC floors are installed. Just bring your personal belongings!

Shared spaces at De Eendracht
Morning gym session, quick shower, grab a coffee downstairs, study break on the rooftop terrace, and end the day with a movie night in the cinema room. Life at De Eendracht is anything but boring! Each floor has its own shared space, whether it's a corner to study, a spot to hang out with friends, or to do your laundry. You don’t have to go far for your daily groceries, as there’s a supermarket downstairs.

This building is designed to bring people together, support your studies, and add a healthy dose of fun to your daily life. As a resident, you can also use the parcel locker and bike storage in the building. Parking spots are available (upon availability, for additional fee) if you're bringing a car.
