As of May 1, 2020, Wilbert Aben is the new managing director of Holland2Stay. After 9 years as managing director, founder Zjef Bogers makes way for his successor.

The new managing director will be responsible for the further development of Holland2Stay. Holland2Stay was founded in 2011 under the name Eindhoven2Stay with several residences under management in Eindhoven. Because of the rapid expansion of property management in other cities, we changed the name to Holland2Stay for all our branches in the Netherlands in 2018.

Holland2Stay focuses on home seekers who desire comfort and service and is fully committed to hospitality, the distinguishing factor of our organization. We currently manage almost 8.000 homes in the major cities in the Netherlands, and this number is expected to grow to more than 10.000 residences in 2022.

Wilbert Aben brings years of management experience to Holland2Stay. Wilbert previously worked as an area manager at A.S. Watson and was responsible for Kruidvat branches in Belgium. Zjef Bogers is now shifting his focus to other activities and new projects within Holland2Stay.
